By using the Clean Gutter Pros website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Gutter cleaning services

Clean Gutter Pros provides professional gutter cleaning for residential properties in Northern Virginia. Services include debris removal, downspout inspection and flushing, and damage reporting.

Quote estimates

Our instant quote tool provides price ranges based on home type and size. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. If actual conditions differ materially from the quote, we will inform you before proceeding.

Service area

We serve Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, Prince William, Stafford, and Fauquier Counties, along with the City of Alexandria, Falls Church, and Manassas. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our coverage area or for properties that present safety concerns.

Booking process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We will confirm your appointment within 2 hours of submission.

Payment terms

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking confirmation.

Price changes

If on-site conditions vary significantly from what was quoted, we will inform you of any price adjustment before starting work. You may accept the updated price or cancel with no charge.

Customer cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a $25 fee. Weather, illness, and family emergencies are always waived.

Weather cancellations

We may cancel or reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions. No fees apply for weather-related rescheduling.

If you are not satisfied with your service, we will return within 48 hours to make it right at no charge. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will provide a full refund. This guarantee applies to the cleaning service itself and does not cover pre-existing structural damage.

Insurance coverage

Clean Gutter Pros carries $2M general liability insurance and full workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, natural disaster damage, or damage to gutters that were in deteriorated condition prior to service.

By booking a service, you grant Clean Gutter Pros permission to access your property to perform the agreed work. Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured. Notify us of any hazards or special access requirements at booking.
